Our Founder

AJ Glasco is a freelance event producer hailing from Asheboro, North Carolina. AJ has made a name for himself in the industry through exceptional creative direction and production skills.

With an impressive portfolio of events, AJ has worked on notable projects such as the CrayzeeCreative Showcase in 2018, Charlotte Shout! in 2020, We Are Hip Hop: The Reveal in 2020, and the CIAF X WAHH Showcase in 2022. He has also been an essential part of the production staff for the Red Bull Dance Your Style auditions and qualifiers in Charlotte and Atlanta in 2022 and 2023.

Outside of his professional endeavors, AJ has a passion for anime, Lofi music, and the virtual world of Destiny 2. His unique interests and diverse skill set contribute to his ability to bring fresh and captivating experiences to the events he produces.

While AJ's focus is primarily on his career, he believes in the value of individuality and aims to motivate others through his work. With a strong belief in his own uniqueness, AJ strives to create events that inspire and leave a lasting impact on attendees.
